Kitchen Tip #2

Just a quick one today – where you are working with measured dry ingredients and wet ingredients, and the order of adding each ingredient doesn’t matter, measure and add all the dry ingredients first. This way, you only need one cup, tablespoon or teaspoon. Use kitchen towel (rollertowel) or a clean serviette to wipe the cup or spoon between dry ingredients. Once all the dry ingredients are in (and the containers packed away 🙂 ) you can use the same cup and spoon to measure off the wet ingredients as you pour them. Net result? Fewer dishes to wash and pack away at the end!
