From the kitchen to the web

Whether it’s cooking, baking, coffee-making, eating or socialising, I love the kitchen. Recently, I’ve ventured into the world of candy (sweet) making, enjoying what is actually a fine art, but so much fun. The web has helped me with my kitchen experiments so much, but I have also learned many lessons along the way, that are not always quite captured in the recipes I’ve started with. Here, I share some of the art, science and maths I have picked up along the way as I practice perfecting the sweet treats coming  out of my pots and pans
